 Transit Access

2-minute walk from Jaume I Metro station
"Banys" meaning "baths" was the inspiration for the naming of Hotel Banys Orientals, as it is located in an old building on the former site of some Turkish baths in one of Barcelona's loveliest areas, El Born. A maze of medieval pedestrian streets with funky restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques will greet you the minute you step outside of the hotel. It is also a very easy walk to the beach, which is a bonus during the summer months.
This is a reasonably modern hotel with guest rooms that are a bit on the small side,
but they are still very comfortable. Dim mood lighting and box teak four-poster beds with cute balconies set the mood. There is a complimentary non-alcoholic min-bar in each room and the great touch of bowls of Granny Smith apples to which you can help yourself. Upgrade yourself to a suite, as it will feel like a private apartment.
Rooms can get a bit noisy at night with the partygoers in the street, so if you are a light sleeper ask for a room facing away from the street.
