Parque Warner Madrid is an amusement park themed around brave super heroes and the funny Looney Tunes. Meet Batman, Superman, Bugs Bunny, Scoobie Doo, Daffy Duck and Marty the Martian. About 25 Kms from Madrid, you can get there by public transport, use the C-3 service from Atocha Renfe in central Madrid to Pinto station, and then board bus 413.
Parque Warner is divided into five themed areas: DC Super Heroes World, Warner Bros. Studios, Cartoon Village, Old West Territory and Hollywood Boulevard. There are 7 roller coasters which while are enjoyable, are not outstanding. Coaster Express which is wooden coaster is recommended only for experienced roller coaster fans. The water park has good selection of water rides. Yogi and the ACME rapids in particular will try to drown you!
The park was intentionally built to compete with other leisure destinations including Disneyland Paris and Port Aventura. However, the park doesn’t yet match the standards and creativity of Disneyland and Universal Studios.
